\n<\/a>A Horizon 2020 funded project that\u00a0investigates the essential role played cultural factors in managing safety and security issues related to emergencies in public transport systems.<\/p>\n
\nAn online hub for dialogue, knowledge exchange and collaboration between the climate change adaptation (CCA) and disaster risk reduction (DRR) communities.<\/p>\n
\n<\/a><\/strong>An EU funded project under the Framework 7 programme, completed in April 2016, that aimed to increase preparedness for large-scale and cross-border disasters amongst communities and societies in Europe.<\/p>\n
\nAn EU funded project under the EC’s Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (ECHO) programme, that tries to facilitate local communities access to expert knowledge on non-structural seismic risk protection solutions. Scientific knowledge is turned into practical knowledge to be used by citizens and to engage communities in disaster risk reduction.<\/p>\n
\nAn EU funded project under the EC’s LIFE programme,\u00a0the LifePrimes project aims to build resilient communities through their engagement and proactive participation in the operations of early warning and flood risk prevention measures.
